This ball attaches to a lanyard that hangs around your neck. Place the ball between your arms and practice making both backswings and through swings while holding the ball. Practice with this ball will enhance strength and flexibility while training your arms to work with your torso in keeping everything connected throughout your golf swing. You can use it with or without striking the golf balls. I recommend taking 100 reps per day. Arrives with an air pump.
