The Speed Mat is designed to assist you in developing your stroke length to match your stroke speed. The distance the ball rolls is a result of the backstroke length and forward stroke length which I refer to as stroke ratio and the speed that the stroke is made. This training tool will assist you in developing those two skill sets for overall improvements in your putting performance.
